Why is there a Harmonized Tariff Fee on my Order?
Queclink devices are manufactured in Shanghai, China. In accordance with the specific direction of the President, the U.S. Trade Representative (Trade Representative) has imposed additional duties on products of China classified in the subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) set out in Annex A of 9903.88.03. The rate of additional duty is initially 10 percent ad valorem. On January 1, 2019, the rate of additional duty will increase to 25 percent ad valorem.
